RETURNS - UK & NON UK
For items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods or for exchanges/return for credit you have 28 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned with any packaging that form part of the goods with a valid proof of purchase/returns form. (any return will go through our terms for returns process below)
If your item is faulty, please complete and include the returns form with your goods when sending it back to us. Please return your item using a tracked service so that you can follow your order.

For any returns, the original packaging and swing tickets, where applicable, need to still be in place.
Terms for returns
1. There must be no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments, smells or scents and clean.
2. If we feel the items are not sent back to us in their original condition we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange. In any such case we will arrange for the goods to be shipped back.
3. You will be refunded based on the cost of the product, we do not refund your shipping charge.
4. In the event of an exchange you only need to return the piece or pieces you wish to exchange.
5. Products should be unworn and in a resalable condition.
6. The returns form that was included with your delivery must be completed and included with your return in order for us to process any returns.
7. We are sorry we cannot offer free returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
