UK & International delivery
You will receive an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. If you are a registered customer, you can track most orders through My Account. If you provided us with a mobile number, you will also receive updates on the status of most orders by text message – including a message on the day of delivery to let you know your order is on its way (some exceptions apply).

Track on the go
Track an item on the go. If you have Alexa, you can track your delivery by saying an alias name you have previously assigned to an item. For instructions on how to enable the Royal Mail skill on Alexa and link it to the App.
